Dreams of Flying

'The Peter Pan and Tinkerbell'

These photographs really pull at the part of my heartstrings that still have a Peter Pan complex (there are a lot of them). Photographer Jan Von Holleben's collection of 30 photographs entitled Dreams of Flying, are the visual representation of childhood and imagination. Von Holleben has been producing these photos with local neighbourhood children in South West Germany since 2002. The good news is, the project is ongoing! Dreams of Flying has garnered many awards, a book, and inspired an unofficial video for the Postal Service's There's Never Enough Time.
