The Surf House was designed by XTEN Architecture in Manhattan Beach California. A few blocks from the Pacific Ocean at Hermosa Beach, the house is an abstract block of ebonized cedar with an angular design and plenty of bamboo. The top floor and decks are completely open as continuous indoor / outdoor living spaces open to the beach and ocean.
I guess we're supposed to know it's a surf house because of the longboard and rash guard draped over the million dollar view. I get it now. This sure isn't Gidget's pad, but it'll do.
