Inspired by the desire to be immersed in the spectacle of the city and simultaneously craving for respite from its ceaseless activity, 1100 Architects designed this modern residence for the culturally sophisticated urbanite. The Avant Chelsea condominium, located in West Chelsea New York, will contain twelve floors of flexible apartments, upper-floor terraces, recreation areas, and a courtyard.Maybe the whole world is pixelated? Wonderful!

That's my favorite part too. Along with the pixels it feels like the whole building is falling apart in blocks of colour.
