A Stockholm bicycle factory from the 1890s was converted by Rotstein Arkitekter as their new office space. The Swedish architecture firm relocated their operation to the industrial space in 2007, using the buildings original features to their advantage. High ceilings and open floor space allow for demountable rooms and multiple meeting spaces. I really like the stained black floors, which allude to the buildings original industrial purpose.
