Modern House Designs has posted a modern renovation of a home in Hackney London England. Stripped of its period features, used as a crack den, and left for dead, the property was 'ripe for modernization'. Platform 5 Architects opened up the main floor to create an efficient visual and functional flow. The rear of the house was extended into the garden, enclosing a casual dining area and living and under a gorgeous contemporary glass roof framing unobstructed views of the sky. My favorite part.
