Wilkinson Residence

Architect Robert Harvey Oshatz's Wilkinson Residence is a loving allusion to the innovative and elusive Cascade House built in 1935. The sloping grade of the landscape allows the main floor to exist among the forest canopy to 'evoke the feeling of being in a treehouse.' The flowing musically influenced design 'evades the mechanics of the camera' in that its difficult to capture its complexities without taking a stroll through the space.
