Famed artist Damien Hirst is suing a 16 year old street artist who calls himself Cartrain. The British schoolboy creates urban stencil designs of cultural icons such as Mickey Mouse and Clint Eastwood, which he sells for £65 on the internet. His latest worked involved images of Hirst's For the Love of God in various collages. Cartrain handed over all existing prints however, Hirst now wants payment for the £200 worth of prints sold for infringment of his copyright.Is Cartrain guilty of copyright infringment or is Hirst a billionaire bully?

Cartrain is guilty of copyright infringement.
Cartrain should know that there are people out there who would do anything for money. He probably knew the risks involved when doing artwork using these cultural icons.
If Cartrain was giving away the art for free like that barcode dude, then I would be on his side. But unfortunately, this is not the case.
