Bryan Adams performed Walk On By at the Junos with Kathleen Edwards providing violin and vocal back up. It was a candid and beautiful collaboration, and has left the song stuck on repeat for me since. I've always thought of Bryan Adams as someone who hasn't aged a day since he was an 18 year old Canadian upstart. Since then, he's created one of the most extensive and celebrated song books of any singer-song writer, Canadian or otherwise. He's sold an estimated 65 million records. You know you've done well when they start estimating. And the truth is, he's almost as old as my dad. A Canadian treasure to be sure. We should be proud of him.
